Teams will practice twice per week for 90 minutes. All practices will be scheduled in advance and players are expected to attend practices. We make every effort to follow practice schedules as closely as possible, however, things happen. Please be flexible and cooperative when practice schedules need to be changed. We know that there are other commitments and activities that players are invoilved in that may conflict with practice. We ask that you communicate these conflicts in advance to your coach, so that they are able to make the appropriate adjustments for practice.
